This equipment is an appearance inspection system developed and designed for 2.5D/3D cover glass. In terms of inspection performance, its highly accurate defect detection capabilities are achieved through our independently developed three-dimensional lighting component and advanced algorithms. The equipment is designed for seamless integration into customer production lines, with flexible and refined design modifications to fully meet on-site customer requirements. (Independent off-line type equipment can also be custom-designed according to customer requirements.)

Detection targets:black spots in the viewing area, pinholes in the ink area, light leakage, color variations, jagged edges, stray fibers, ink overflow, printing defects, uneven surfaces, etc.
