Applicable Categories:This equipment is suitable for testing PCBs of all colors.


Testing Efficiency:Three sensors test simultaneously, detecting a total of 9 points. Each group of 3 points takes 3.3 seconds, and all 3 groups are completed in 10 seconds. The efficiency is 360 PCBs per hour.


Detection Principle:

1. Utilizes a 1000-line precision diffraction grating as the spectroscopic element and a long-life full-spectrum LED as the light source, with an optical resolution of less than [value] in the visible light range.

2. D/8 geometric optical structure, compliant with CIE No. 15, ISO 7724/1, and DIN 5033 Part 17;

3. Switchable aperture of Φ8mm/4mm to accommodate a wider range of samples;

4. Dual optical path system, with an optical resolution of less than 10nm in the visible light range, capable of simultaneously measuring SCI and SCE spectra of samples;

5. Accurate Lab data, suitable for color matching and precise color transfer;

6. Hardware configuration: independent display screen, automatic feeding machine, vacuum suction cup, intelligent transfer system, and material storage bin;

7. Capable of detecting the color of conventional PCBs and PCBs of various sizes and spacing for LED products;

8. Data decomposition and calculation use our integrated algorithm for data analysis and result calculation, which has been verified through long-term testing to be accurate.
