Test object:The F6-XL is a large, fully automatic fixture-based four-wire low-resistance testing machine specifically designed for testing large-sized, heavy-duty PCB boards. It is suitable for four-wire testing of large communication boards, backplanes, LED light boards, and new energy vehicle boards.


Features:

1.  Utilizes CCD alignment to capture alignment errors of misaligned boards in real time, automatically calibrating the alignment with an accuracy of up to 10μm, significantly improving the first-pass yield of testing;

2.  Line resistance accuracy: ±0.2mΩ for resistances below 10mΩ; ±2% for resistances above 10mΩ;

3.  Designed with an MES module, which can interface with customers' intelligent manufacturing systems based on different communication protocols, greatly improving production efficiency and providing traceable quality control;

4.  Uses a four-wire test fixture, achieving significantly higher throughput than flying probe testing, enabling true batch full inspection: the special pin plate design of the fixture is more stable and efficient to install compared to traditional ribbon cable designs;

5.  Provides a large-scale 65536-point four-wire batch testing system for large-sized 5G communication boards, backplanes, server boards, LED boards, and automotive boards. One test fixture completes the test in a single pass, greatly reducing the risk of missed tests associated with multi-fixture testing (e.g., using two fixtures for A and B molds);

6.  The F6-XL uses an arm-type automatic transfer system, with a maximum automatic test board size of 800mm x 650mm and a maximum single board load capacity of 8kg, meeting the needs of automatic batch four-wire testing for large-sized, heavy communication boards, automotive boards, and server boards.
